A little about me

I am a fun-loving, tenacious Realtor who LOVES working with people. I always live by the Golden Rule – treat people as you would like them to treat you. What this means for you is that I will provide you the same level of service that I would expect from my own Realtor if I were purchasing a home. I will be the dependable, honest, trustworthy, loyal and knowledgeable Realtor you have been hoping to find.  There are a lot of twists and turns with every home purchase and I have the skills necessary to guide you through them all.

What you can expect from me as your Realtor

Buying a home is an incredibly important decision that can be very overwhelming and stressful. My goal is to partner with you to make your home buying experience as easy and fun as possible.

As your Exclusive Buyer’s Agent, you can consider me your personal home shopper! I am committed to representing only you as the buyer. I will work to understand your needs and desires so I can help you find a home that is exactly what you are looking for.

We will meet initially to get to know each other.  I will learn what you’re looking for in your next home. We’ll talk about price range, neighborhoods, schools, churches, amenities, and financing.  I will take that information and begin looking for homes that match your criteria.

As we find listings that you are interested in, I will take you on personal tours of those homes.  If needed, I will preview the homes to make sure we’re not wasting your time looking at listings that simply do not meet your needs.

Once we find your perfect home, I will guide you through preparing and submitting your offer, getting you the lowest price at the best terms possible. Once the offer is accepted, I will continue to work with you through the inspection period until the moment your home closes and I hand you the keys to your new home.

The bottom line is that I will be available to you as you need me throughout the entire home buying process, working evening and weekends to ensure that you have a pleasant experience and are making a sound investment.

On a personal note

I am a Washington native.  I grew up in East Wenatchee and moved to Spokane in 2004 to attend Eastern Washington University (Go Eags!). I loved living here so much I decided to make it my home. I have always loved Spokane for its small-town feel, but larger city amenities.  It is an easy city to get around in and you can live in a beautiful home on acreage but still be 15 minutes from downtown.  I love the hot summers, crisp falls, snowy winters, and beautiful springs – what more could you ask for? There’s something for everyone in this great city!

My current hobbies include traveling, hiking, cooking, reading, DIY projects, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying everything Spokane has to offer with my wonderful husband and daughter. I am excited to work with you so contact me today!
