What sets me apart…….

Unlike many folks in this area, I was not born and raised in Spokane. In fact, I have been all over the country. This is a great benefit because my perspective of this community is fresh and objective. I chose to make the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and specifically Spokane, my forever home because after living in many different parts of this great country, I have found my PERFECT place! “Close to nature, Close to perfect!”  This area has something for everyone! 

So! It’s great that I love this area, right? But what makes me uniquely qualified or DIFFERENT than any other broker?

I have over 20 years of professional experience in banking, mortgage lending, escrow and customer service. In addition to buying and selling several homes, I have also been around home building all of my life. I grew up with a father in the construction field who built many homes and let me ask a million questions. My husband and I built our own home from the ground up in 2007…….I have my own tool bags and everything 🙂 All of this experience has given me invaluable knowledge about the home buying process, home quality and good construction.

I also know how overwhelming it can be to navigate the home buying experience. Especially in these changing financial times. That is why my professional and personal background makes me uniquely qualified to help you not only be successful in finding the perfect home but also feel satisfied and cared for throughout the process. My family started working with Spokane Home Buyers in 2007 and as a past buyer myself, working with traditional Realtors had left me wanting more and wondering “who’s got my best interest at heart?”  It is for this reason that I decided to work with Spokane Home Buyers.

On a personal note…….

I have an absolutely amazing husband and family that support me completely. Family is the most important thing in my life! I adore animals, the outdoors, yoga, cooking, gardening, singing and MUSIC. But, my favorite thing is spending time in my backyard with a great glass of Washington red wine and my husband and “kids” on a gorgeous Spokane summer day.
