the best time to reach you. - What you are looking for — the areas, price range, property type,
size and features you describe on our Dream Home Finder form. - Property details — if you ask us for a market analysis of a home you
own, the details you provide about that property. - Anything else you write to us — the content of your messages and
emails.
None of this is required to browse the site. You only give it to us if you want
us to get back to you.
Information collected automatically
As with most websites, our server and analytics tools record basic technical
information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, which pages you viewed,
how long you stayed and which site you arrived from. We use this to understand how
the site is used in aggregate and to keep it working properly. We do not use it to
identify you personally.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. Ours are used to keep the site
functioning and to gather the aggregate usage statistics described above. You can
block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not
behave correctly if you do.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with
other real estate agents or lead-generation companies.
We share it only where we need to:
- Service providers — the companies that host this website, deliver
our email and provide our analytics, acting on our behalf and only for those
purposes. - Your transaction — if you become a client, the people needed to
complete your purchase: your lender, the title and escrow company, inspectors and
the other side’s broker. We share only what the transaction requires. - Legal requirements — where we are required to by law, subpoena or a
regulatory authority, or where it is necessary to protect someone’s safety.
Your choices
- Email — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can
simply reply and ask us to stop. We will. - Access and correction — ask us what we hold about you, and we will
tell you and correct anything that is wrong. - Deletion — ask us to delete your information and we will, except
where we are legally required to retain records of a completed transaction. - Do Not Track — there is still no agreed standard for this signal, so
we do not currently respond to it.
If you live somewhere with additional privacy rights — California, for
instance — contact us and we will honour any right that applies to you.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. No website is completely
secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
One warning worth repeating, because it costs people their down payments every
year: we will never email you wiring instructions, and we will never ask you
to transfer funds based on an emailed request. Criminals monitor email around
real estate closings and send convincing fakes. Always telephone us or your escrow
officer on a number you looked up yourself — never one taken from the email
— and confirm every digit before sending money.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their
information. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete
it.
Other websites
We link out to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their
privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
